  • Do you offer payment plans for group bookings?
    Whiles payment is not handled directly by our team, many cruise lines offer flexible payment plans for group bookings. We’ll provide all the details when you inquire.
  • What information do I need to start booking process?
    To get started, we’ll need: - Your preferred travel dates - Your preferred destination - An estimated group size, including an estimate of staterooms needed - Any special requirements, such as dietary needs The above list is just the basic information needed. Each group booking may have more information needed, depending on the the cruise line being booked. Regardless of what is needed our team will advise if additional information is needed and will handle the rest!
  • Can you help plan activities during the cruise?
    Absolutely! We can assist with onboard activities, group dining arrangements, and excursions tailored to your group’s interests. We can also assist in reserving certain venues on the ship for your group to gather. Each cruise line has different offerings, so these may vary depending on whom the booking is made with
  • How does hotel block booking work?
    We coordinate with hotels near your cruise port to secure discounted rates for your group, ensuring convenience and affordability.
  • What types of cruises do you specialize in?
    We specialize in group cruises, charter cruises, and incentive cruises for businesses, churches, families, and special occasions. We have a multitude of cruise lines we work with and if there is a cruise line you are interested in that we have not yet formed a relationship, we can work on that whiles gathering your information, so the sky is the limit.   • How many staterooms can I book?
    Royal Caribbean allows 8-50 staterooms to be booked for a group cruise. With permission this can be extended to 199 rooms. Royal Caribbean group bookings assume each stateroom will have 2 guests, however this may not always be the case. In order to accommodate those booking a suite, a triple/quad stateroom, or as a solo guest, an individual reservation is made and then linked to the group cruise. Please note that individual reservations count toward the max staterooms as they are added to the Group.

  • When is deposit due?
    For staterooms part of the group booking, deposits are due within 30 days of group booking being created, as staterooms are held during this time. For Individual Reservations that are moved to the group booking, deposits are due at time of booking. Note: If deposit for group booking is not received within 30 days, the group booking will be canceled Royal Caribbean system.
  • What is the benefit of booking a Group?
    Royal Caribbean's group booking come with a Group discount, that can be combined with a brand promotion, senior discount, resident discount, public service discount, and Crown & Anchor discounts. Though, individual bookings do not receive the group discount, they do get to partake in the additional benefits: - For every sixteen (16) paid cabins, without limit, one (1) berth will be earned. The value of the berth will be determined by the stateroom category in which the group has booked the most space. If there is a tie between two or more categories, the value will be based on the lowest of those categories. - Third and fourth passengers do not count for purposes of calculating the sum of the berth. - Singles paying 200% of the full fare count as two (2) guests for purposes of calculating the sum of the berth. - A $50 Onboard Credit, which can be used anywhere within the ship, will to be applied to every cabin in the group regardless of meta-category. - A choice of: - Four 750 ml bottles (per stateroom) - Wine or Sparkling Wine (Choice of one bottle per stateroom) - Cocktail Party with Beverages Only (House/Call Brand Liquors) - 3 Premium Drink Vouchers - Select venues for private events on specific days/times, based on group size, space availability and type of events, can be made available at no additional cost.
  • How many staterooms can I book?
    Virgin Voyages group booking, called The Circle, allows a minimum of 10 staterooms and a maximum of 150 sailors to be booked for a group cruise. With a two person occupancy this can be as many as 75 staterooms.
  • How much is the deposit?
    The deposit will be dependent on what the stateroom fare is at time of booking, as a 20% deposit on all staterooms is required.
  • When is deposit due?
    For staterooms part of the group booking, deposits are due within 30 days of group booking being created, as staterooms are held during this time. For Individual Reservations that are moved to the group booking, deposits are due at time of booking. Note: If deposit for group booking is not received within 30 days, the group booking will be canceled Virgin Voyages system and deposits are non-refundable after the thirty-day option period.
  • What is the benefit of booking a Circle?
    Though, Circles will be booked at the same rates as individual bookings, as there are no rate discounts, there are many other benefits of booking a Circle over an Individual Reservation, when traveling in a group. - For every ten (10) paid cabins, without limit, a free Sea Terrace will be provided, unless all cabins in Circle are Sea Views or below, in which case the free cabin will be a The Sea View cabin. - Please note taxes and fees still must be paid for the free cabin(s). - Free cabins will not receive Sailor Loot. - Sailor Loot, which can be used anywhere within the ship, will to be applied to every cabin in the group based on meta-category - $50 per cabin - Insider/Sea View cabins - $100 per cabin - Sea Terrace cabins - $200 per cabin - All RockStar Quarters - Select venues for private events on specific days/times, based on Circle size, space availability and type of events, can be made available at no additional cost. - Though restaurants cannot be bought out or taken over, if requests are made 90+ days in advance, Circles can be accommodated in any of the primary restaurants in groups of 25 staggered every 15 minutes.
